Our HCM program is dedicated to shaping not just the current workforce management landscape, but the future of work. Our human capital management curriculum encompasses human resource management-related theory and practice as well as core competencies in organizational assessment, executive coaching, business strategy, performance management, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, ethics, people analytics, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, change management, and DEI. Whether it’s through our human capital management online and in-person continuing education or graduate programs, students will be ready to pursue career opportunities and achieve their strategic objectives with competitive advantage.
