Division of Programs in Business and ISDE Collaborate to Offer Specialized Training in Mediation and Negotiation

<p><span class="p-body">This program is a collaboration between the NYU SPS Division of Programs in Business and ISDE, a leading law and economics educational institution in Spain. The partnership provides customized training for Spanish professionals, delivering specialized programs focused on Mediation and/or Negotiation.</span></p>
Training Sessions
<p><span class="p-body"><b>Summer Session – Mediation Training</b></span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">A two-week immersive program designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of Mediation Best Practices in the US, covering:</span></p>

<p><span class="p-body">A four-day intensive program designed to teach Best Practices in Negotiation and Negotiation Strategies, tailored to the professional needs of ISDE participants.</span></p>

<p><span class="p-body">NYU DPB faculty design and oversee both programs, ensuring the highest academic and practical standards.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">The Mediation program is structured to include key US legal frameworks, practical simulations, and case studies. Meanwhile, the Negotiation program provides real-world applications and interactive exercises for enhanced learning.</span></p>

Program Goals

Additionally, this program provides hands-on training through Mediation Simulations and case-based learning. Furthermore, this program focuses on developing participants' Negotiation Strategies, ensuring they gain applicable skills for high-stakes professional settings.</span></p>
