Division of Programs in Business Partners with the New York State Attorney General’s Office to Deliver Leadership and Team-Building Training
<p><span class="p-body">This program is a collaboration between the NYU SPS Division of Programs in Business (DPB) and the New York State Office of the Attorney General (NYAG) to provide a specialized training program focused on Leadership and Team-Building. The program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of NYAG professionals through expert-led instruction, interactive exercises, and real-world applications.</span></p>
Program Focus Areas
<p><span class="p-body"><b>Leadership Development</b> – Best practices in leadership for legal professionals.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body"><b>Effective Team-Building</b> – Strategies to enhance collaboration and teamwork in legal settings.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body"><b>Customized Learning Experience</b> – Learning objectives are finalized in consultation with NYU SPS faculty and the NYS Office of the Attorney General.</span></p>
Program Customization
<p><span class="p-body">This training program is tailored to the needs of NYAG professionals, focusing on leadership and team-building skills relevant to their roles. Faculty consultations ensure the course content is aligned with the challenges and responsibilities of the NYAG’s office.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body">The program is structured as an intensive 5-day training to maximize impact within a limited timeframe.</span></p>
Participants
<p><span class="p-body">Up to 25 participants from the NYS Office of the Attorney General can be enrolled in this program.</span></p>
