This role represents a significant shift from his earlier career as a teacher and education administrator. However, it's a shift that Nick credits largely to his time at NYU SPS. The connections he made and the specialized knowledge he gained through the HCAT program, particularly in HR and technology, laid the foundation for his current work with the federal government.</span></p>
