The Urban Leadership Scholarships are made possible by sponsors and contributors to Schack’s annual Urban Leadership Award Dinner. These scholarships are jointly supported by the research centers at the Schack Institute of Real Estate, including the Urban Lab, REIT Center, and Center for the Sustainable Built Environment.

Eligibility
The scholarship is awarded to a matriculated master’s candidate who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to the Schack community and academic excellence.
The Institute typically awards between three and six Urban Leadership Scholarship awards.
