<p>"Fresh out of college, I was fortunate to establish travel networks and create training manuals for foreign adoptive families navigating civil and legal systems in China," she recalls. "Drawn to stirring interests, I started teaching while attending graduate school. It's such a rewarding feeling to help students make connections between ideas, succeed in class, and realize their potential. Their enthusiasm and curiosity, in turn, motivate me to embrace the career path to become a university professor."</p>
<p>Since then, Yang has witnessed thousands of students receive honors/scholarships, complete their degrees, reach career aspirations and shine in their respective capacities. She's fortunate to work with and learn from them, aligning her professional goals with their educational achievements.
