<p><span class="p-body">After earning his MS in Real Estate in 2017, Park set out on a mission to connect South Korean investors with opportunities in the United States, particularly in New York City and other global gateways. <p><span class="p-body">As the Asia Pacific director at Rexmark, Park's role involves overseeing the company's daily operations, managing its reputation, and fostering new business relationships. Central to his work is managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication between his Asian clients and the U.S. office. &quot;Having a trustworthy relationship with clients is critical,&quot; Park emphasizes.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">His typical workday involves bridging cultural and linguistic gaps, translating during meetings, and navigating the complexities of currency markets to protect investments against fluctuations.</span></p> <p><span class="p-body">Park's passion for real estate means he’s always looking for ways to explore new sectors within the industry and build lasting relationships with clients.
