<p><span class="p-body"><b>What product or service does Shred offer?</b><br>
Shred NY is the first of its kind, Shred Bar, a fast casual location serving healthy menus where fresh ingredients are prepared to order, using our state-of-the-art food processors. In this way, we obviate food waste and maximize the freshness and nutritional benefit of the food we eat.</span></p>

I am very passionate about Shred; “Shredding” describes a passion for excellence, our mission is to create a global community and lifestyle brand for anyone who shares this passion. And I do!</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body"><b>How did you come up with the idea for this business?</b><br>
Shred was created out of a deep desire to minimize the problem of food waste in the hospitality industry.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body"><b>Why did you decide to participate in the HI Hub Incubator program?</b><br>
The HI Hub Incubator allows startups to connect and learn directly from industry leaders. This resource is invaluable to anyone involved in a startup.</span></p>
<p><span class="p-body"><b>Have you worked with any alumni or mentors on this project? If so, who and what was that experience like?</b><br>
I have had zoom sessions with 3 mentors: Kunal Lunawat, Peggy Bianco and George Roukas. Each conversation has helped Shred evolve from a concept to an actual, viable business. Of course, Dr K.'s enthusiasm and support has been amazing throughout this process, too!</span></p>
