This course aims to equip students with an understanding of the foundational concepts of Digital Disruption, and the role of technology in business. We will examine the technological innovations and develop an understanding of the relevant skills needed to manage innovation at both strategic and operational levels.
TGSC1-CE1007 Foundations in Digital Disruption will be discontinued after fall 2026. Students completing the Certificate in Sports Technology and Innovation should complete the core course Foundations in Digital Disruption by fall 2026. The three electives can be completed in spring 2027. The Certificate in Sports Technology and Innovation will be discontinued after spring 2027.
