NOTE: FALL 2026 IS THE FINAL SEMESTER THIS COURSE WILL BE OFFERED.
This course explores strategies and tactics by which students can promote the cultivation of inclusive environments within organizational teams. The content centers on introductions to and practical applications of leadership theory related to inclusion and group coaching. Through pre-work activities and in-class discussions and presentations, students discover actions leaders can take to foster inclusion and belonging within and among their workgroups.

- Practice inclusive team engagement tactics and strategies that enable improved business results.
- Become familiar with and apply the underlying principles of inclusive team coaching.
- Develop deeper self-awareness, team impact awareness, organizational cultural awareness, and wider systemic and relationship awareness of inclusive team leadership traits, behaviors, and processes.
