The Jerry Pi Diversity Scholarship offers support to Schack Institute of Real Estate students from underrepresented demographic groups who are pursuing the MS in Real Estate Development or MS in Real Estate. Jerry Pi ’07 is Founder and Chairman of Pi Capital Partners, a NYC-Based real estate family office specializing in affordable housing, mixed-use retail development, and school construction.
