Global Diversity Scholarship
The SPS Global Diversity Scholarship supports students with financial need in joining SPS Global Field Intensive (GFI) courses during J-term, spring, or summer. This scholarship advances our mission to ensure access to global education by covering the full program fee for the selected GFI course. Please note, it does not cover tuition or registration fees. All students are welcome to apply, with special encouragement for those from historically marginalized communities.

Eligibility
- Matriculated SPS graduate student or DAUS undergraduate student
- Currently enrolled at least part-time at SPS
- In good academic standing
- Have applied/enrolled in or immediately plan to apply/enroll in an SPS GFI course
Application Requirements
- One Essay (Required)
- Statement of Financial Impact
- Current Resume/CV (Required)
- NYU Unofficial Transcript (Required)
If selected as a recipient, you will:
- Receive a grant to cover the program activities fee of the GFI course in which you have enrolled (does not cover tuition)
- Attend and participate in pre- and post-travel scholarship recipient receptions
- Provide a brief GFI experience testimonial upon return from your trip
