About Noreen

Noreen Beaman grew up in Jersey City, NJ, and has resided in Madison, NJ for the past 35 years with her husband. She is the proud mother of three adult children, two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and two sons-in-law. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and a novice golfer, always finding the balance between work and leisure.

In executive coaching, many people experience a chain reaction when they receive coaching themselves. This was the case for Noreen, whose executive coaching dream stemmed from her profound personal experience with an executive coach. She reflects, "The work we did together changed both my personal and professional life. I will forever be grateful for his contributions to helping me grow and evolve as a leader."

In receiving the professional help she needed at the time, she was inspired to do the same for others. Her coach also played a pivotal role in identifying the NYU ECOC program for her, aligning perfectly with her aspirations to pursue a graduate degree focused on real-world, practical experience rather than purely theoretical concepts. It all came full circle!
