We examine AI from a number of different angles, including: examining questions of copyright and “training” of AI products in Publishing and Law; the application of AI tools with regard to copywriting, discovery, and marketing in Introduction to Marketing and Branding, Book Marketing and Branding, and Media Marketing and Branding; and the use of AI design-based products in Design Skills in Publishing. Issues and opportunities around the role of AI in writing and editing are discussed in Editing Creative Content, Book Acquisition and Editing, and Creative Writing.
